More Spud fun

Katherine continues to be a crack up and is on the go. She constantly asks to go outside, heading straight to the park or running past it to go to my friend, Charlotte's house. She loves Charlotte. Charlotte has 2 dogs and a cat for Katherine to harass AND there is a kid's craft table that she can sit at without requiring help to sit on the chair. Katherine is in heaven at her house. She has discovered how fun it is to go down the slide on her stomach and has finally mastered going down the stairs backward- whew!!
This little girl was playing restaurant when Katherine came up to the window and immediately chimed in, "Hi! Cracker?" (spud's new favorite food since she has learned how to say it) It was so funny. The mark on her jaw is a casualty from playing t-ball with a 3 yr old. They were having a blast as Katherine would set the ball on the T and the little boy would hit, but it didn't take long before she got whacked in the face. She was tough and only cried a little bit.
I have started working again at Phoenix Interfaith. Working is like riding a bike. Once you get the motion again, it's like you never left. It's a good gig. I like the people and the clients are interesting. I'm sad to leave Katherine and Geoff, but they fend for themselves pretty well.


I finally caught Spud falling asleep in her high chair on video! The funny thing is, my mom has the exact same video of me at the same sucking on a pb&j while falling asleep. Like mother like daughter!
